Profile:
Degree required – ideally in a business or HR discipline, but other degrees possible/considered.
10 years or more in HR, this should include at least 3 years operating at ‘Manager’ level. 
 Preference for candidate to have work experience in a large, complex, matrix structured organization (multinational, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector).
Experience in an oil & gas service company or E&P firm would be beneficial, but is not essential.     
Candidates with experience of working within a growing business unit / division would be preferred.
Must be a skilled communicator – verbal and written. Must be comfortable delivering challenging messages and presenting decisions and issues to senior management.
Must be comfortable with ambiguous and partial data – seeking clarity, precedent and history on issues in order to advice on pragmatic solutions.
Must be fluent in French & Arabic and have very strong English language skills (written and spoken).
Personal vehicle required.
