A recruitment agency is looking for a “Senior Business Developer” to join its sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Promote and market the services offered by the firm
• Organize and ensure frequent sales meetings in the field.
• Develop and retain the client portfolio
• Presenting offers and proposing products adapted to clients’ needs
• Fill in the activity monitoring tables and update client information (dashboards, CRM, etc.).
• Respond to calls for tender
• Find and develop new growth levers for the firm

Skills/Pre-requisites:

• 5+ years in the commercial field (including at least 2 years in a recruitment agency)
• Have an updated client portfolio.
• Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
• Result oriented
• Good command of French and Arabic, both written and spoken (English would be a plus).
• Good communication skills, assertive with customers (good interpersonal skills).
• Good physical appearance.
• Must have a car.
